In the hall came up to now no sound from Senad or Tara. The other vampires discussed what would happen now. Suddenly silent all the other vampires. One could well Senad Tara and heard arguing. Senad was very angry: "You harm so that the circle, but this war will not take place! I take back the leadership of the circle! Do you understand?" She replied angrily: "Would you get more sleep! No one here needs a coward as a circle leader!" Then we heard an angry hissing and shortly afterwards a loud bang, as if you had a little muffled with full force against the wall. Richard wanted to look and went to the two. I followed him, but nobody touched by the other vampires. They seemed just to be seen. Richard opened the door and we went into it. Senad stood in the middle of the room. His eyes were on Tara, who on the wall sitting on the floor. The wall behind them had cracks. Was it against the wall to miss? But so much could not be. But I knew exactly that the cracks because it had not. Tara now whispered very quietly: "Forgive me. I was blind with rage." Senad said still angry: "You will see the circle certainly never lead again. I will be someone other than my representatives determine, but it still has time. Now disappear. I want you no longer see." They went with lowered head. I looked back to the cracks in the wall. How could so was only possible? The forces are with the centuries and millennia increasing. Then, I was so against all the older vampires totally powerless. If someone attacks me would ... I shook the idea from. Senad once stood before me. I had him do not move seen. He lifted my chin with one hand. It was so icy cold. Then he gave with a kiss. Shortly afterwards he was again out of nowhere disappeared. I looked at Richard asked. He smiled: "That is his speed. He is so fast that it is impossible even as a vampire can perceive. He is already over 5,000 years old." What is so old? That I would have never thought. Where is he now probably going? He will briefly explain the circle, which is now up and then drink the blood. He will, however, correct to go hunting and not to drink blood supplies here. The house here is actually officially a clinic for the outside world. So we get money and blood donations. Richard asked about the rooms distribution. There were two rooms that are adjacent and were still free. Here we would for the time in the circle to stay. I put in my room, the coat and the gloves on the chair at the desk. The carpet was very soft and otherwise there was only a four-poster bed in the room. The curtains were thick and black, on the day so no light could slip through it seems. In die Halle drang bis jetzt kein Ton von Senad oder Tara. Die anderen Vampire diskutierten, was nun passieren würde. Plötzlich verstummten alle anderen Vampire. Man konnte Tara und Senad deutlich streiten hören. Senad war sehr wütend: „Du schädigst dem Orden damit, aber dieser Krieg wird nicht stattfinden! Ich übernehme wieder die Führung des Ordens! Hast du das verstanden?“ Sie antwortete zornig: „Hättest du doch weiter geschlafen! Niemand hier brauch einen Feigling als Ordensführer!“ Dann hörte man ein wütendes Fauchen und kurz darauf einen lauten Knall, als hätte man etwas dumpfes mit voller Wucht gegen die Wand geworfen. Richard wollte nachschauen und ging zu den beiden. Ich folgte ihm, jedoch rührte sich niemand von den anderen Vampiren. Sie schienen einfach nur abzuwarten. Richard öffnete die Tür und wir gingen hinein. Senad stand mitten im Raum. Seine Augen waren auf Tara gerichtet, die an der Wand auf dem Boden saß. Die Wand dahinter hatte Risse. Hatte er sie etwa gegen die Wand geschmissen? Aber so stark konnte man doch nicht sein. Ich wusste aber genau, dass die Risse davor nicht da gewesen waren. Tara flüsterte nun sehr leise: „Verzeih mir. Ich war blind vor Wut.“ Senad sagte immer noch wütend: „Du wirst den Orden sicherlich nie wieder leiten. Ich werde jemand anderen als meine Vertretung bestimmen, aber das hat noch Zeit. Jetzt verschwinde. Ich will dich heute nicht mehr sehen.“ Sie ging mit gesenktem Kopf. Ich schaute wieder zu den Rissen in der Wand. Wie konnte so was nur möglich sein? Die Kräfte nehmen mit den Jahrhunderten und Jahrtausenden immer weiter zu. Dann war ich also gegen die ganzen älteren Vampire völlig machtlos. Wenn mich also jemand angreifen würde... ich schüttelte den Gedanken ab. Senad stand auf ein mal vor mir. Ich hatte ihn überhaupt nicht sich bewegen sehen. Er hob mein Kinn an mit einer Hand. Sie war so eisig kalt. Dann gab er mit einen Kuss. Kurz darauf war er wieder wie aus dem Nichts verschwunden. Ich schaute Richard fragen an. Er lächelte: „Das ist seine Geschwindigkeit. Er ist so schnell, dass man es selbst als Vampir unmöglich wahrnehmen kann. Er ist bereits über 5.000 Jahre alt.“ Was so alt? Das hätte ich nie gedacht. Wo ist er jetzt wohl hin? Er wird kurz dem Orden erklären, was nun Sache ist und dann Blut trinken gehen. Er wird allerdings richtig auf Jagd gehen und nicht die Blutvorräte hier trinken. Das Haus hier ist übrigens offiziell eine Klinik für die Aussehnwelt. So bekommen wir Geld- und Blutspenden. Richard erkundigte sich über die Zimmerverteilung. Es gab zwei Zimmer, die direkt nebeneinander waren und noch frei. Dort würden wir für die Zeit im Orden unterkommen. Ich legte in meinem Zimmer den Mantel und die Handschuhe über den Stuhl am Schreibtisch. Der Teppich war sehr weich und ansonsten stand nur ein Himmelbett im Zimmer. Die Vorhänge waren dick und schwarz, sodass am Tag kein Lichtschein hindurch scheinen könnte. Richard kam zu mir ins Zimmer: „Ich lass dich eben alleine. Hoffe es stört dich nicht.“ Ich antwortete stark verneinend: „Nein! Nein! Es stört mich nicht.“ Er lächelte mich noch mal kurz an und ging dann. Nun war ich ganz alleine in diesem kleinen Zimmer. Ich legte mich auf das Bett und starrte Richtung Decke. Die Nacht war nicht mal zur Hälfte um.
